We designed Limelight Platform as a SaaS solution to help brands create, manage, and analyze experiential marketing campaigns. Our goal was to empower companies to deliver data-driven live events and activations that strengthen customer engagement and brand loyalty.
My Role
User Research and Personas 
I conducted detailed user research to identify needs and created personas to guide design choices effectively. 
User Flows and Wireframes 
I designed user flows and wireframes to map key interactions and visualize layout and functionality. 
High-Fidelity Mockups 
I delivered polished high-fidelity mockups aligned with brand guidelines to ensure intuitive user experience.
Challenge
Brands investing in experiential marketing often face:
 - Fragmented tools for registration, lead capture, and reporting.
 - Limited visibility into real-time campaign performance.
My Approach
Step 1: Research & Discovery 
We started by conducting stakeholder interviews and mapping user journeys for event managers and marketing analysts. This helped us uncover pain points and define success metrics. 
Step 2: Information Architecture 
We designed a modular dashboard that supports campaign creation, live monitoring, and reporting. Quick access to KPIs like attendance, engagement, and lead quality became a priority. 
Step 3: Wireframes & Prototyping 
We created low-fidelity wireframes for event setup flows and developed interactive prototypes for real-time dashboards to validate usability. 
Step 4: Visual Design 
We applied a clean, data-centric design system emphasizing clarity and speed. Color coding was introduced for status indicators (e.g., live, completed, upcoming) to improve at-a-glance comprehension.
