Zebra Cloud is a cloud-based application that delivers complete client-to-network visibility. It enables IT teams to maintain business continuity, proactively manage device lifecycles, and reduce troubleshooting time dramatically - all from a single, scalable interface.
Challenge
We set out to solve one of the most pressing challenges for IT teams: fragmented visibility and reactive troubleshooting. In large-scale networks, downtime isn’t just an inconvenience - it impacts productivity, revenue, and trust. 
Our mission was clear: design a platform that empowers IT administrators to anticipate issues before they disrupt workflows, manage devices proactively, and troubleshoot with confidence.
My Role
User Research and Personas 
Conducted detailed user research to identify needs and created personas to guide design choices effectively.

Designed user flows and wireframes to map key interactions and visualize layout and functionality.

Lifecycle Visualization
We introduced timeline-based views for device performance and replacement planning.
Contextual Troubleshooting
We built guided flows that eliminate guesswork and finger-pointing, reducing resolution time significantly.
